Feature Friday: Everett
This week's featured writer is Everett. He is a 5th grader completing IEW's Following Narnia course under my tutelage. My Narnia class is working extra hard right now to master the sentence openers and follow the SO rules. Everett's paragraph about the White Witch shows so much growth in this area. A Cruel Queen The White Witch was spiteful. When Edmund arrived at her house, he expected a fresh batch of Turkish Delight. She gave him dry bread and water instead. Excited, he told her about his siblings and the beavers. Inside the castle, she ordered her wolves to rush to the Beavers' house and destroy everything inside and then meet her at the stone table.
